Matt here is a great example of someone who's executing the plan perfectly.

A plan that involves:

  • Getting stronger
  • Taking his time
  • Not resorting to anything drastic
  • Having a long term plan
  • Being consistent
  • Being patient
  • Taking regular rest days and enjoying his food

If you're willing to play the long game and work towards results you not only want to obtain but maintain too, then a lean gaining plan could be the ideal way for you to approach your training and nutrition.
