To 'bulk' or 'cut'? That's the question many guys ask themselves. But what if I told you that you could do both at the same time? Well, that is essentially what I describe as LEAN GAINS.
Matt here is a great example of someone who's executing the plan perfectly.
A plan that involves:
- Getting stronger
- Taking his time
- Not resorting to anything drastic
- Having a long term plan
- Being consistent
- Being patient
- Taking regular rest days and enjoying his food
If you're willing to play the long game and work towards results you not only want to obtain but maintain too, then a lean gaining plan could be the ideal way for you to approach your training and nutrition.
